Sri S.Harish's Biography
Harish was raised in a yogic household where both his father and mother practiced yoga. As a child he can remember practicing yoga but it wasn't until he was 18 that he began to take yoga as a daily practice, and began serious instruction directly from his father, Sheshadri.
Unlike other children who have yoga teachers as fathers, Harish was never forced into "Performing" as a child. He came to yoga on his own and it was his choice to follow his father's way.
